Daniel Rhodin

Founder and CEO

I have spent 25 years with development for electronics manufacturing, hardware test and verification. Developing the things that makes manufacturing to work and the things that makes hardware engineering to be efficient is what I love.

It is the boundary where hardware and software meet, where people and technology intersect that thrills me. I like when things are moving fast, to push forward and get results. I like to innovate and build something new. I absolutely love to fix hard problems and got a good eye for spotting things that can be improved.

Ingrid Castro

Head of office

Ingrid has 12 years’ experience of management and leadership within the healthcare sector where she was responsible for accounting, personnel, and operations.

Ingrid works with project management, human resources, and accounting.

Through her interest and competence in human resources and business development, Ingrid is a central part of building and expanding E#.

Gabriel Sjögren

Software Developer

Alongside studying for a master’s degree in Computer Science, Gabriel works at E-Sharp with software and product development.

I have a great interest in electronics and software. I love the feeling of finding solutions to challenging problems. There is always a path forward, no matter what the problem is. That’s the key to taking E-Sharp to the next level.

Mikael Svensson

System Engineer

I’ve been working as a generalist in multiple levels within the ICT-industry spanning from network technician to management and sales for about 15 years.

I understood my technical curiousity wasn’t letting go, so at 35, I started studying for an Engineering degree in Computer Science at Lund University, persuing more of that deeper specialist knowledge.

Here at E-Sharp, it’s a a great match and challenge for me, as I’ve found that working here gives me room to be curious about things and solving problems at the same time.

Arvid Hjortsberg

Mechanical designer

I recently graduated from LTH with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering (civilingenjör i maskinteknik) and have transitioned to a full-time role as a Mechanical Design Engineer at E-sharp, where I previously worked part-time while completing my studies.

I thrive on problem-solving and enjoy the challenge of developing advanced custom design solutions in close collaboration with customers. Working at E-sharp, with its fast-paced and dynamic environment, is incredibly rewarding and allows me to engage in a truly unique development experience. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to contribute to the projects that define E-sharp’s success.

I look forward to continuing to be a part of this fantastic team.

Felix Granvik

Mechanical designer

While studying for a master’s in mechanical engineering with a specialization in technical design I work as a mechanical designer here at E-Sharp.

I have a great passion for new technologies and machines. Finding new and creative ways to solve problems is what I’m about.

Gustav Kihlberg

System Engineer

With previous experience in test and production engineering, I have a great interest in electronics and system solutions. I have a good understanding of the challenges one can expect from electronic production, from both a product and manufacturers perspective.

I´m passionate about the *tingling and mingling* between hardware and software to solve or simplify electronic designs, manufacturing and testing. The end goal is always to achieve the best solution for the end product, and I therefore always try to get the big scope perspective of the issue at task.

Darek Zajac

Technician Engineer

Darek Zajac has recently joined our team at E-Sharp, bringing with him extensive experience from his previous roles at larger factories, specializing in CNC milling and craftsmanship.

His broad knowledge and meticulous attention to detail, which he demonstrated in various assignments here at E-Sharp, have earned him a full-time position.

Darek is excited to begin this new adventure in the tech sector, exploring the intersection of craftsmanship and technology. He is involved in our new production line, focusing on assembly and repairs.

I am committed to helping us innovate and create high-quality solutions, and I am looking forward to contributing to the exciting projects at E-Sharp and making an important impact.
