Kävlinge, September 3, 2025 | E-Sharp has signed a five-year agreement with Axis Communications for the development and delivery of test equipment. The collaboration means that E-Sharp will deliver over 200 systems based on the company’s proprietary platforms, Accordion and Agent.
The agreement includes several phases. In the first phase, E-Sharp will develop new features in its data collection system using the modular architecture of Accordion. This will be followed by the manufacturing and delivery of the systems, as well as ongoing technical support to Axis’s test development team. The development work has already begun, and the first deliveries are planned for the end of 2025.
“Axis’s decision to build its test equipment on our Accordion platform is a clear confirmation that our concept is solid. It shows that our solution is attractive to large and demanding customers,” says Daniel Rhodin, CEO and founder of E-Sharp.
The system being developed is modular and scalable, making it easy to adapt to different testing needs. It has a quick start-up, high performance, and a user-friendly interface that simplifies the work for Axis’s test team.
“We chose to collaborate with E-Sharp because they have extensive experience with test equipment and offer products that are well-suited to our needs, especially when it comes to products powered via network cables,” says Erik Fors, Head of Production Engineering and Technologies at Axis.
For E-Sharp, the collaboration is an opportunity to strengthen its market position and further develop its products. For Axis, it means faster and more efficient testing, which can lead to both time savings and improved product quality.
