Accordion Expand brings the Accordion channel model out to distributed test setups. A standard Accordion node holds modules in its chassis. Expand modules sit at the end of a long-range I²C cable run instead. Production lines, multi-station test cells, and DUT-adjacent fixtures all benefit from this setup.
The catalog covers the I²C long-range hub plus the downstream relay modules. From there, cables bridge the main chassis to the Expand modules over industrial-grade I²C. SPDT relays handle higher-current switching; DMM relay matrices handle precise isolated signal switching. All channels reach through the same Accordion API as any module in the main chassis. No separate addressing scheme to learn.
